The Dead Parent Club Podcast
The Dead Parent Club is a community of like-minded young adults all grieving a similar loss. Each week, Kat and Emma speak candidly about their own grief journeys and are joined by guests and experts with the aim to help you as you navigate this new normal. This podcast will be your friend: it’ll make you laugh, cry, and feel connected to people that really get it.
About the podcast
Hi! We’re Kat and Emma and we speak candidly every week about what it’s really like to lose a parent at a young age. We’ll be sharing our own stories and those of the guests that join us on the show. You can also expect to hear from people who are far more qualified than us, such as counsellors, solicitors, medical professionals and mindfulness coaches.
We’re hoping to normalise the topic of grief. And to create a space where young grievers feel seen and comfortable to talk about their loss. Throughout this podcast, you’ll hear stories you can relate to and benefit from expert advice that you can carry through to your everyday life.
But more than anything, you can expect laughter, tears, and real conversations from people who really GET it.
